The Success Institute of Neko Tech trains people to become success stories anywhere in the world, yes, even in Ghana ! All enrolled members acquire the requisite skills, knowledge and disposition that will enable them to function competently in their chosen field of specialization. Upon graduation from SION, we believe that you would have learnt the techniques with which to improve your life for life!

SION Core Values

  • Keeping our relationship with God a top priority and living it
  • A strong commitment to success
  • Unmatched service with a smile-treat all guests like royalty.
  • Character built on seven pillars: reverence, respect and dignity, discipline, humility, positivity and integrity.
  • Dressing for success. Good grooming is the SION style.
  • Complying with program rules-stay legal always.
  • Putting our compassion into action to serve our community.
  • Being our brother's keeper.

Unlike other job placement programs, the SION program makes it possible to obtain social security, open bank accounts and own a driving license in the country of work, just like other residents. This is possible because our members understand the importance of staying legal and complying with the terms of their visas and the rules governing their host country. At SION we say, "It is better to be dead than illegal!"

Sion Members in Alabama and Florida , return home
On May 14th, 2006 , the first batch of members of SION USA , working with Woodlands Specialists Inc., Alabama , returned home as required by the H2B visa they traveled on to the States. The gentlemen George Darko, Jackson Atrakora -Yeboa, Raphael Pinto and Akwesi Kwarteng started working with Woodlands, a tree planting company associated with the SION international job placement program, between February and March 2006 as tree planting and spraying workers in the forestry industry.

Also in May, some SION members who traveled in December 2005 to work at the seven star hotel Boca Raton Resort and Club, Florida returned to Ghana. The SION returnees, Joe Salu, Evans Dadzie Mends, Eric Mensah and Jerry Addo came back to Ghana to visit family members; they had missed home so much! Evans Dadzie Mends, excited to be home again said, " America was good but I am very happy to be back home to see my family".

SION got even more exciting when a third batch of workers arrived from Boca on July 2, led by their team leader, Ofei Okraku. They were met at the airport by SION's International Relations Manager, Nana Ofosu Opare Addo and Ms. Dzifa Attah, P.A to Princess Asie Ocansey, CEO of Neko Tech. Their return to Ghana has guaranteed them several things for the future; opportunities to legally live and work abroad seasonally, giving them the best of both worlds; earning a good income abroad while still keeping ties with their families at least once a year.

Welcome home, guys. God has really made it happen!

Though SION members are obliged to undertake Humanitarian Development as part of the SION course structure, they can only be described as enthusiastic in their quest to save a million lives. To date, SION members have contributed various items of clothing, shoes, food and even cash to our humanitarian projects. Many Blessed Children have enjoyed the books and stationary that were donated by their big brothers and sisters.

In March 2006, a group of SION members treated 38 Blessed Children to a pre - Easter Love Feast at Neko Tech Center , Ada . They made donations of bread, biscuits, fruit juice and provisions to the children. They also presented the children with shoes and clothing items. There was enough of everything for seconds and even "for the road". After a lavish feast provided by the SION members, the children - each partnered by SION members and Neko Tech staff - participated in a dancing competition, with Emmanuel Akpey emerging the winner. The amazing thing about this is the fact that Emmanuel is a cripple from birth but he danced with the latest and best moves!

The most touching aspect of the occasion was the love and enthusiasm showed by the SION members who were at the Love Feast - they served the children, washed their hands, carried them, played and danced with them just like they would their own siblings and children.

It was a joy to see the children relax and enjoy the interaction. This Love Feast was the best one I have ever experienced in my history of Love Feasts at Neko Tech because we could all see and feel the real love and compassion in action.

Jeremiah 29 v 11

I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring you the future you hope for.

Psalm 20 v 5 - 8

We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests.

Now I know that the Lord saves his anointed; He answers him from His holy heaven with the saving power of His right hand.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm.
